A 14 th to 20 century construction giving it a faux neo-classical look, it's diffult to pidgeon hole, but a highly successful refurbisment and extention of a grade 2 listed building. Neil was able to diseminate and see it through all phases in cluding heritage statements and planning ,designing a subtley neo classical extension on the way including sash and internal joinery to compliment the existing layered heritage building.

The methodolgy was the same as all historic building surveys. Assemble an accurate view of the building, assess any problems, look at any impact on it its heritage and propose a sympathetic but sensible way of extending the building without damaging its heritage.A successful project with delighted owners.
