8 Medina Terrace

This fine Edwardian Grade 2 listed house, built around 1905 in Hove, has undergone through its life, many changes from single to multi occupancy and many low quality conversion works over time.

Neil England was commissioned by the clients architect to help return it back to a single dwelling restoring its historical façade and interiours, so badly damaged and changed as to require the designing of new 'correct to period' cornice work and ornate detailing throughout, allowing for the introduction of a 21st century lifestyle to fit within. Neil worked closely with the client and architect, raising full method/materials documentation for LBC submission and was commissioned to oversee and direct the appointed contractors regarding the historical fabric and its restoration

This effort resulted in awards and a very happy client.
