+ planning Submissions
We charge £150 per hour, including travel, to come and review your requirements, assess and understand your heritage building, and determine your needs, guide you to a desirable deliverable outcome
All of this will allow us to provide you with a good indication of our potential future charges for acting on your behalf.
Upon agreeing to our T&Cs signing up, either as a fixed fee or time chargeable we will, from the O/site appraisal/gained photo record raise the required documentation to advance the project. Be it a Heritage statement, a repair schedule, including method and materials, also repair guidance statements possibly with a section for contractor quoting against If required
Our in-house historian will delve into local records and research your building history, this is often a most interesting part (and vital for a Heritage statement) that we can submit to Planning and Conservation of your local authority.
Your building will probably be listed, whether grade I or II or II*
If you wish to make any alterations to a listed building planning consent must be submitted.
We can, with our appointed Architect, or your own, produce existing and proposed plans, submit, along with the prepared Heritage statements, all documentation needed to ensure we get you the result your looking for, - hopefully, approval.
